Old Mill is seeking a skilled M&A Lead Adviser to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and executing sell-side M&A and private equity investment transactions. As a Lead Adviser, you will utilise your expertise to provide strategic advice and support to clients, helping them to optimally position their business for sale or investment, structuring deals, and navigating complex negotiations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business and personal objectives and develop tailored solutions that align with their strategies.
