Transaction Liability Underwriter Department: Transaction Liability: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: ES - Barcelona: Reporting To: Oliver Berridge: Description: This role can be based in Brussels, Barcelona, Madrid or London As a Transaction Liability Underwriter within CFC’s award-winning W&I team, you’ll focus primarily on the French market while also contributing to our wider EMEA underwriting activity. You’ll work closely with brokers, lawyers, private equity sponsors and corporate clients to deliver bespoke insurance solutions that support M&A transactions across a range of sectors and deal sizes. This is a highly commercial, client-facing role that offers real variety, autonomy and exposure to complex, high-profile transactions. About the role: Our TL Underwriters deliver an exceptional level of service within the fast-paced context of live M&A transactions.
