Job Description: The Associate Director, Operations and Communications will work directly with the Rheumatology franchise VP, senior staff and employees across sales, marketing and IBT to ensure strategic and tactical imperatives are communicated clearly and operating effectively and efficiently to advance the business, inspire internal stakeholders and elevate employee engagement and culture.
