SEEKING EXPERIENCED OPERATIONS and/or SALES MANAGER (SENIOR GUTTER INSTALLER & CREW LEADER) - EQUITY OPPORTUNITY FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE ** This is a new startup opportunity. Ideal candidate is someone who wants a career, has experience running other similar operations, and wants an senior level entrepreneurial opportunity for a great brand & regional startup opportunity. This is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 4 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience, in a supervisory role. Alternatively, the candidate will have a construction sales background. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.
