Content & Data Administrator Associate

Job description

Jefferies is seeking a Content & Data Administrator (CDA) to manage a multitude of tasks associated with the publication and distribution of equity research. The CDA will maintain critical data associated with coverage listings, ensuring that stocks reflect the correct Ticker, Exchange, Sector/Industry, Analyst(s), Compliance Disclosures, and active/inactive status, etc. They will also coordinate with analysts and product management on rollout calendars to ensure that publishing deadlines are met. The CDA role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills, along with strong technical and analytical skills to detect and troubleshoot system and process errors. This is a global support role that sits between the Supervisory Analyst/COO teams and will interact with all functions in Equity Research, in all regions.
