PCHC’s Hope House Health & Living Center is seeking a Transitional Housing Navigator to join our team. In this meaningful, hands-on role, you’ll support individuals living in transitional housing by offering compassionate guidance, helping maintain safe and welcoming living spaces, and connecting tenants to vital services and resources. You’ll play a key role in fostering a respectful, supportive environment where residents are empowered to build stability, confidence, and greater independence.
