We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in driving sustainable, long‑term growth through high‑value partnerships across government and private sector clients. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of strategic business development opportunities aligned with Government and Integrated Facilities Management strategy and capability. Leading early market engagement, customer positioning, and solution shaping ahead of procurement and tender activity. Developing win strategies and leading complex opportunity pursuits, collaborating closely with estimating, commercial, legal and operational teams. Establishing trusted, senior‑level relationships with government and private sector customers, partners and industry stakeholders. Positioning Downer as a thought leader and trusted advisor to secure profitable, strategically aligned work.
