From day one, you'll be trusted with real technical work on producing wells and reservoirs, working alongside experienced engineers who've built careers in the industry. Beginning in February 2027, you'll embark on a three-year rotational program across our petroleum engineering teams, with exposure to the full lifecycle of producing assets, from field appraisal and development planning through to production optimisation on operating wells.
