Job Description: Supervises the team responsible for PSE's Merchant Transmission portfolio and is accountable for results across all operational time horizons from long-term strategic planning to real-time delivery. Ensures reliable, cost-effective transmission operations and acquires transmission capacity and rights that align with PSE assets and strategic objectives. Oversees activities in transmission contract administration and capacity optimization. Supports the implementation of merchant transmission strategies across the organization and coordinates relationships with transmission providers, particularly Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) and other regional transmission operators.
