Job description

This position reports to the Director of Facilities at Harrahs Resort Southern California and is responsible for assisting in daily maintenance operations including preventive, corrective maintenance work orders and capital projects. The candidate would be responsible for maintaining, assigning and inventory of maintenance in the casinos CMMS software program (HotSoS). The candidate would help support the facility manager, supervisors and maintenance mechanics to assure the casinos facilities are properly maintained and safe. This is a 3-month assignment with a requested start date: 6/1/2026 Organize, assign and schedule daily workload for maintenance staff, preventive and corrective maintenance work orders. Dispatch daily work orders; determine maintenance type, provide the necessary personnel to complete tasks; communicate with facility manager and casino leaders’ issues are resolved. Schedule, track and manage contractor work within the casino.
