Description The RPM Inventory & Warehouse Operations Specialist is a full-time role responsible for leading day-to-day warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing shipping personnel, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. This position is designed for a growth-oriented individual. The role begins with a strong focus on warehouse and inventory management, with the opportunity to expand into manufacturing and production responsibilities as experience is gained. We are seeking someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to learn and grow. Over time, this individual will contribute across the full spectrum of operations—from optimizing warehouse processes to supporting hands-on production. This is a full-time, on-site position (40 hours per week) dedicated to supporting inventory, warehouse operations, and fulfillment activities for the RPM brand and its associated manufacturing efforts.
