Job DetailsJob Location: Casino - Tuolumne, CA 95379Position Type: Hourly with TipsSalary Range: $18.00SUMMARY: Responsible for greeting and welcoming all Guests and safely parking and retrieving Guests vehicles while ensuring professionalism at all times. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Acts professionally with Guests and Team Members, and provides excellent Guest service at all times. Assists Guests promptly and courteously with Valet Check-in and Check-out procedures. Opens vehicle doors for all Guests. Visually inspects Guests’ vehicles upon receipt, and at the time of retrieval, for any vehicle damage. Accurately notes all damage before moving a vehicle, and immediately reports any subsequent damage to the Supervisor/Designee. Provides Guests with Claim Checks for their vehicles. Delivers and retrieves Guest vehicles as quickly and safely as possible, may include running if necessary. Obeys all speed limits, traffic laws, and vehicle operation policies of Black Oak Casino.
