Currently, the team is made up of 80 people of different nationalities.: - Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationships with existing customers . - Problem-solving: Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket/phone/email/chat. - Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client.
