Accountabilities: · Process associate paperwork including status changes, promotions, transfers and new hires. · Maintain HRIS system including development and maintenance of HRIS reports. · Send out reporting to stores including upcoming evaluations and training, weekly status reports, missing paperwork and minor auditing. · Project management. · Assist with associate relations issues. · Assist with benefit administration. · Assist with associate orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a consistent and welcoming experience for all new hires. · Put all new hire paperwork and orientation plans together for new management associates. · Partner directly with the Sr. Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including posting positions, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication across all store locations. · Collaborate with store leadership teams to identify current and upcoming staffing needs, ensuring timely and effective recruitment to maintain appropria...
