Engineering Manager - CDI (F/M)

Job description

Your mission We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Payments Tribe, a critical part of our platform powering the payment experience across channels. You will report to the Head of Engineering, and manage 9 engineers across 2 squads (Core, Pay). You will play a key role in enhancing our platform and raising the bar for the service provided to our customers, working across payment APIs, processing, reconciliation, and core banking systems. This role combines people management, technical leadership, and stakeholder coordination for a Tribe that is central to both current and future projects for Lemonway. You will drive the delivery of our next-generation card payment stack for acquiring and issuing, as well as our cash management platform.
