Finance Systems Analyst

Job description

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who can translate finance business needs into effective system solutions while supporting enterprise finance platforms? In this role, you will support the operational health, optimization, and continuous improvement of finance systems in close partnership with the Finance function. You will analyze business processes, document requirements, support system enhancements, and drive execution through testing and structured issue resolution to improve overall system performance. What You’ll Do: Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and system configurations within NetSuite. Support the ongoing health, stability, and performance of finance systems, including issue diagnosis and resolution. Document “as-is” and “to-be” processes to support structured system improvements. Execute system enhancements, configurations, and testing cycles (including UAT). Maintain system documentation, workflows, and change logs within Jira and Confluence.
