Join Euronext Clearing as a Clearing Client Support Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading the Client Support function, ensuring high-quality operational and technical support to clearing members across all asset classes. As part of Euronext Clearing, you will be responsible for driving service excellence, operational resilience, and continuous improvement of post-trading processes. You will be primarily responsible for: - Leading the Client Support team, ensuring effective and timely resolution of client queries and incidents across all asset classes - Acting as the main point of contact for clearing members, providing operational and technical support throughout the post-trading lifecycle - Monitoring service levels, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance client satisfaction - Collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Risk, IT, and Product teams to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements - Analysing client feedback and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for service enhancement - Preparing and delivering regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders Your profile: -...
