Salary: £34,434 - £36,363 Hours per week: 37 hours Temporary/Fixed term: 12 months Interview date: w/c Monday 11 May 2026 Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Children in Care Team as a Personal Advisor.: Our children in care team which sit within care and placement services, provide a direct service to young people (16-25 year olds) preparing to leave care and those who have left care and are living in the community. As a personal advisor, you will be responsible for working directly with young people. Having your own caseload, you will provide advice, information and support to both young people and colleagues. Developing close and effective working relationships with key agencies will be essential to facilitate a co-ordinated response to the needs of care-leavers and vulnerable young people. We are looking for someone enthusiastic who ideally has experience of working directly with children, young people and families.
