Machine Operator (East Extrusion)

Winpak Films is seeking a East Machine Operator to join the East specialty films Team based out of Senoia, GA on either day or night shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient machine operations, maximizing production efficiency, and ensuring that all procedures are followed. Your efforts will directly support Winpak's commitment to delivering high-quality packaging solutions for various industries, while maintaining the high standards of safety and excellence that define our company. Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do: - Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle. - Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed) to ensure optimal production. - Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines. - Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). - Test the operation of machines periodically and make adjustments as needed. - Troubleshoot and fix issues during the shift to maintain machine operations. - Keep detailed records of approved and defective units or final products.
