Description Job Summary: The Grinder (Metal Finisher)’s primary responsibility is grinding and polishing stainless steel materials to desired specifications while maintaining the quality and integrity of the product. Grinders work closely with Fabricators and welders on the shop floor. Compensation: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (rate determined by in-person skills assessment) Employment Type & Term: JBF Stainless is growing and hiring for a project-based position anticipated to run through approximately June 2026, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
