Job Details Outpatient Services l Kettering l Full-time l Varied Responsibilities & Requirements: Job Summary: Reports the Manager of Sports Medicine, the Coordinator of Athletic Training Services or the Athletic Trainer Team Lead. In cooperation with the referral source or medical direction to provide care to individuals with athletic injuries, trauma, and disease process, including being involved with the development of injury prevention programs for athletes in the community and clinic settings. Involved with the rehabilitation process by performing a wide variety of treatment procedures consistent with athletic injury care. Responsible for keeping referring physicians updated as needed. Responsible for keeping the referring sports medicine staff member informed on the progress of the referred client and provides supporting documentation. Involved with the full spectrum of youth-adult outpatient orthopedic patients and the physically active. Interacts with patients, co-workers, and customers throughout KHN.
