We’re looking for a Senior Model Designer to shape unique building experiences across a wide range of product lines . If you're a passionate toy designer with strong brick-building experience, we’d love to hear from you ! No relocation assistance is offered for this position. Core Responsibilities: Translate design briefs into LEGO® products that meet targets for age complexity, audience appeal, play value, and storytelling using our LEGO building system Lead and master the processes, tools, and workflows involved in LEGO model development Mentor and support others in LEGO model development methods and best practices Explore, visualize, and sketch ideas that can be developed into approved products, and facilitate ideation within the team Collaborate across design disciplines and work closely with internal and external partners Act as a role model and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
