Reporting directly to the AVP of Business Development, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to sales professionals while directly engaging with key accounts to drive growth. This role balances team management with hands-on sales activities to meet and exceed market sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise assigned sales staff, providing coaching, training, and support to optimize territory planning and selling strategies. Direct day-to-day sales operations to ensure market sales and profit targets are achieved or exceeded. Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute annual strategic sales plans and budgets tailored to the market. Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities and key partnerships within the assigned territory.
