Spacecraft software engineer

Job description

OHB Sweden is a Swedish provider of space systems and develops, builds, tests and operates satellites for space missions within communications, earth observation, space research and exploration. We deliver satellites and sub-systems for low-earth-orbit, geostationary and interplanetary missions. The C++ Software Engineer will work in the Space Software Department and report to the team lead of the department. The position is based at OHB Sweden premises in Kista, Stockholm. All of our projects involves a wide range of expertise, and thus requires a broad and flexible skill set for all those working at OHB Sweden. With this in mind, we are looking for a highly motivated software engineer with strong skills and documented experience in C++ Software Development, Communication Protocols, Software Development Processes and Continuous Integration. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for all space software development, from hardware-oriented software to application software.
