What you’ll do: As a Maintenance Technician, you will Own it by taking personal accountability for the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure the optimal running of production. Acting with purpose and care, you will perform scheduled inspections on complex machinery—including grinding, mixing, and bag filling equipment—while taking the initiative to troubleshoot malfunctions and propose solutions for potential flaws.
