Job Description: Job Summary This position monitors safety compliance, audit requirements, and inbound and outbound operations for UPS Small Package aircraft loads. He/She develops training plans for part-time supervisors to ensure employee certifications are current. This position supervises ramp operations, including monitoring external factors that could impact sort operations such as weather or flight delays. He/She oversees package handling to reduce damages and misloads and evaluates the need for aircraft or equipment changes to avoid delivery delays.
