Regional Sourcing Lead TMS Global are a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, a multi-national packaging and display manufacturing business. TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are active in 97 markets globally. Our TMS community consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA. About the role: TMS Global is seeking a talented Regional Sourcing Lead to join our team in the USA. You will work remotely, however regular travel will be required to existing suppliers, the volume of which will be dependent on your location. As the Regional Sourcing Lead, you will be responsible for multimillion level spend across all packaging categories, within the US with multiple cross-country vendors and be responsible for driving and delivering commercial value to underpin our commercial contracts. You will lead a team of 2 direct reports and define & deploy the regional sourcing strategy through your team for the packaging categories, using strategic sourcing methodologies and supplier stakeholder management principles to deliver commercial success.
