This role is responsible for driving localized, high-intent demand that converts into booked jobs and profitable revenue. This is not a brand-only role. The Marketing Manager will own performance marketing, local demand strategy, and maintain tight alignment with operations capacity and seasonality. The ideal candidate is an operator-minded marketer with experience in home services or outdoor services who is comfortable being held accountable to real business outcomes.
