Provisional Psychologist / Behaviour Support Practitioner Full-time | Flexible Work Options | Competitive Salary + Benefits We are seeking a passionate Provisional Psychologist / Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a supportive and growing allied health team. This is a hands-on, client-focused role where you’ll make a meaningful difference by supporting individuals with complex needs across the lifespan. What you’ll be doing: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans Implement and review plans, adjusting strategies to achieve the best outcomes Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated support services Maintain accurate client records and meet compliance requirements Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practice What we’re looking for: Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field BSP Registered Practitioners or those working toward suitability Provisional Psychologists encouraged to apply: Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches Proven ability to achieve positive client out...
