Department: 01120 AMG Neenah - Family Medicine Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday - Friday: between the hours of - 6:30am - 7pm. (hours vary) Saturdays - rotation-every other Saturdays: 6:45am - 3pm (day off during the week when you work a Saturday) Will float to the following locations: Neenah, Greenville, Winneconne, Oshkosh, Omro, and Wautoma *Float premium pay in addition to base pay. Pay Range: $19.80 - $29.70 Major Responsibilities: - Greets patients and visitors and responds to routine requests for information. Answers telephone, screens calls, and takes messages. - Registers patients; obtains demographic and insurance information; verifies insurance coverage, collects co-pays, deductibles, and previous balances; posts payments and updates demographic and insurance information. - Schedules patient appointments and coordinates cancellations, reschedules, and additions to schedules.
