Location : Remote within U.S. Department : Global Consumer & Commercial Intelligence Summary of Role: Insights leader owning end to end, holistic insights agenda and key stakeholder wiring for Functional BU and M&A. Drives deep consumer, shopper and marketplace intelligence to fuel growth strategy for Functional BU and M&A initiatives. Partners with Director, Salty, Functional & M&A Insights to drive and execute insights agenda for brand level demand creation strategies and brand equity . Role Responsibilities: - Demand Creation Strategy: idea generation, innovation pipeline optimization & validation, audience identification and definitions, design to value - Brand Equity: Deep in market performance understanding and analytics (portfolio and brand level), translation of Brand Health tracking to results, Creative/Comms idea generation, optimization and validation - Foundational Insights: Contributes to portfolio-wide insights and other foundational learnings - M&A: Drive M&A overarching agenda with consumer and category insights; lead full consumer, shopper and marketplace insights and implications for potential acquisition targets; Provide linkage of M&A strategy and insights to co...
