Job Title Analyst, ITI Identity & Access Management (9 month secondment) Job Description: Overview: The IAM Analyst role sits within the Identity & Service Management team in the COO Domain and supports the Manager, Identity & Service Management, ITI APAC, in ensuring Rabobank’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and procedures are consistently applied across all business information, systems and IT assets. The role works closely with stakeholders across the business and ITI/ITS teams, requiring strong communication skills to support users across the APAC region via phone, in-person and remote assistance, particularly in resolving application access issues and queries. With a strong In Control focus, the role is responsible for ensuring IAM operational processes align with regulatory and policy requirements. The position provides regional coverage across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, China and associated representative offices.
