About the Role As a Life Enrichment Coordinator at The Cedars , you will create engaging experiences that enrich the daily lives of older adults in our Assisted Living community. You will design programs that support physical wellness, mental stimulation, and social connection , including group exercises, arts & crafts, games, relaxation, spiritual activities, and special events. You will also connect personally with residents, addressing their social and emotional needs through both planned activities and spontaneous moments of care. Your creativity, compassion, and energy will help residents maintain independence, build friendships, and feel confident participating in community life. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with seniors and making a meaningful impact.
