Senior HR Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team in Iasi, Romania. In this role you will play a key role in keeping our HR operations audit-ready, data-driven and running smoothly. You’ll coordinate HR’s end-to-end audit readiness and sessions, support compliance training execution, and ensure accurate data and input packs for leadership and OPS reviews. Alongside this, you’ll provide hands-on service delivery support to Business HRs, helping with tracking, reporting, document preparation and operational admin that keeps everyday HR work moving. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys working with data and details, but also understands the bigger picture across the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
