The Consumer Engagement Strategies Workflow and Documents department is looking for a Sr. Process Excellence Manager to join our team in Troy, MI. The Sr. Process Excellence Manager is responsible for supporting business process improvement efforts across the organization. This position includes assisting with process analysis, new process design and implementation in addition to project management. Responsibilities: Identify and create business processes to improve operational efficiency while monitoring existing processes for breakages. Provide regular updates on process improvement projects to key project stakeholders across the organization as required. Serve as a key project team member and support business process improvement projects from conceptualization through implementation by working closely with the project team, business unit leaders and IT/CES (as necessary).
