Department: 10413 Enterprise Revenue Cycle - Non Government Billing Operations: IL HB Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday-Friday Typically 8-4:30pm CST Offer flex start time: Pay Range: $28.55 - $42.85 Major Responsibilities: - ​ Supervises the assigned functional area of patient accounting operations with the primary focus on ensuring timely , accurate , compliant, and efficient processing of bills to receive appropriate reimbursement or application of cash management processes to reduce accounts receivables in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure protection of cash assets. ​​ - Responsible for operating within budget limitations and authorized staffing levels.​​ - Assesses employee training needs and coordinates with the training department to ensure appropriate development . ​​ - Initiates and implements improvements to billing systems and processes, including pursuing and developing improved techniques and ensuring quality. ​​ - Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding billing and collections and maintains up-to-date knowledge of chang...
