PacArctic, LLC, (PAC) a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking experienced Custodians to support PacArctic and our government customer. This is a Union position, and all benefits will be covered by the CBA. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties: - General Cleaning: Clean entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, and work areas. Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles. Dust high and low surfaces, clean/polish soiled surfaces. Vacuum carpets, perform light spot removal, and wash windows and glass surfaces. - Specialized Cleaning: Monitor and maintain carpet and floor appearances. Perform carpet spot and deep cleaning. Manual scrub, buff, strip, and refinish floors. - Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors). Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels). - Disinfection: Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, handrails). Clean and disinfect common areas. - Equipment Care: Inspect equipment for cleanliness.
