Senior IP Operations Engineer Role description summary: The IP Operations Engineer provides advanced technical support for the Network Operations Center (NOC), ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of IP/MPLS, Optical, and Satellite systems. This role serves as a key escalation point for complex incidents and plays a vital role in proactive network management, service restoration, and process improvement. The IP Ops Engineer collaborates closely with internal and external teams to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency in a 24/7 global network environment. primary responsibilities / key result areas competencies - Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting (Shared Responsibility): Continuously assess the health, performance, and security of network systems using monitoring tools.
