Job Description: Maintenance/Reliability Technicians are responsible for effective preventative and planned maintenance of site assets to maintain a baseline state. Maintenance Technicians are responsible along with operations for equipment operating safely and efficiently to ensure operational conformance and product quality. Maintenance Technicians effectively troubleshoot breakdowns and contribute to root cause identification and resolution to reduce unplanned downtime. This job requires strong communication, interpersonal and team skills to support site objectives. Shift: Nights- 12 hours 4 days on, 4 days off $3.00 Shift differential for night shift What will be your key responsibilities?
