Description Avondale House is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit agency that provides educational services to individuals with autism, including an adult day program, where clients receive training in daily living skills and pre-vocational activities, employment services in order to assist individuals with learning job skills and residential homes for adults unable to live in their own home. This position will provide weekend direct support to our residential program. Avondale House has been serving individuals with autism since 1976. Work Shifts: Saturday & Sunday from 8pm-8am Saturday & Sunday from 8pm-8am (sleep shift) Job Duties: · Insures the smooth operation of the assigned residential home, through coordination of house duties and implementation of each individual's IEP/IPP. · Implements target goals and objectives as written on the individual's IEP/IPP. · Keeps daily data and records on each individual's performance. · Provides/supervises daily nutritional, health and hygiene care for all individuals assigned. · Daily correspondence to appropriate persons as needed. · Supervises self-administration of medication program. · Supervises recreational outings. · Participates in monthly...
