Position Overview: Seeking an experienced construction Superintendent to oversee a $25M addition at a secure residential facility. This role oversee's onsite construction, monitoring contractors and subcontractors coordination, and compliance across multiple contracts. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Monitor contract compliance via daily inspections for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing trades. - Review contractor As-Builts monthly to ensure they are updated. - Conduct and document per pocedures onsite QA/QC activities through use of: 1st Delivery Inspections, Closure Inspections, Mock-Up Inspections, and Acceptance Testing. - Prepare and coordinate Pre-Activity meetings prior to significant scopes of work. - Perform a detailed comparison of the contract drawings, specifications, and approved product submittals to ensure conformance with the contract...
