POSITION TITLE: Asst. Coordinator, Visual Production - Aerie REPORTS TO: Manager, Visual Production - Aerie SUPERVISES: N/A: GRADE: —: POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting store teams with documentation to build and maintain seasonal floorsets based on key business objectives and visual brand guidelines. With a sense of ownership & keen attention to detail, you will create visual merchandising & marketing communication deliverables for multiple store designs & assortment deviations for the Aerie or OFFLINE brand. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create documentation for store teams including, but not limited to, floorset/window documents, in-season weekly communication, seasonal floorset tools and/or other ad hoc communication content for the Aerie and/or OFFLINE brand. Floorset/Window Documents: Coordinate with cross-functional partners (merchants, visual merchandisers, visual creative, print marketing, lab team, etc.) to gather data & direction for all assigned documentation for store designs and assortment deviations for the Aerie and/or OFFLINE brand. - Prepare fixture overview prior to store walkthrough. - Take detailed notes during walkthrough & discuss season-speci...
