Job Description Summary The Systems Performance Engineering Manager is a customer-facing technical leader within the Projects Coordination Office (PCO), responsible for shaping and coordinating system level performance solutions for complex, multi-segment GE Vernova enterprise projects. This role is heavily engaged up front with customers and commercial teams, influencing solution architecture, operating philosophy, and performance commitments from early project conceptualization (Pre-ITO) through proposal development (ITO) and project execution (OTR). The role supports data center and mission-critical applications, with a strong focus on Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Wind Turbine, Power Conversion & Storage, and combined-cycle technologies, working closely with Consulting Services and cross-functional Business Unit engineering teams. The successful candidate acts as a trusted customer technical liaison, translating customer requirements into competitive, compliant, and executable solutions for both behind-the-meter and grid-connected applications.
