Join us at the brand-new McPherson Youth Center, opening April 2026! We’re looking for caring, energetic team members to help create a safe and engaging space for teens after school. The Youth Center offers a place to hang out, play games, use the computer lab, join programs, and build connections. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM Summer & school vacation weeks include extended hours Flexible scheduling available (2–3 days per week) What You’ll Do: Support and supervise youth in a fun, welcoming environment. Build positive relationships and encourage skill-building. Model leadership, communication, and respectful behavior. What You Bring: Strong judgment and decision-making skills. Experience working with youth in recreation, camp, or group settings. A positive attitude and desire to help teens learn and grow.
