Marketing Innovation Lead Department: AI & Data Science: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Portugal: Reporting To: Luke Crickmore: Description: The Mission: As the Innovation Lead for our Portugal COE, you will be the catalyst for change. You aren't just managing a process; you are building a culture of "what’s next." You will own the innovation roadmap for the COE, driving the adoption of AI, automation, and cutting-edge workflows. You will inspire our "Algos" to push boundaries, while ensuring that every experiment scales into a tangible, value-driven outcome. Key Responsibilities: Strategy, Ownership & KPIs: Define the Roadmap: Own the innovation strategy for the Portugal COE, aligning local initiatives with global business objectives. KPI Accountability: Define and track success metrics, including ROI on automation , billable hours saved , and AI adoption rates across the team. Resource Advocacy: Identify gaps in the COE’s toolkit and advocate for the budget or tools needed to keep us at the cutting edge.
