Product Leadership: - Work closely with the ground product director to design, develop, and manage Crane’s ground transportation product portfolio across Europe, including FTL, LTL, groupage, express, final mile, and white glove services. - Management of tenders/RFQ/RFI & spot quotations incorporating targeted supplier engagement and solution design whilst respecting customer deadlines. Collaboration with Local Branches: - Liaise with existing countries and branches where Crane controls local ground transportation activities. - Drive alignment between local operations and regional strategy to ensure consistency, efficiency, and best-in-class service delivery.
