Job description

As a Host in our legendary music and entertainment venues, you'll be the first friendly face to welcome our guests into our restaurant and live entertainment venue. You'll greet guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and escort them to their seats while creating a welcoming atmosphere. As the ideal candidate you'll have fun sharing your passion for music heritage by creating engaging and memorable guest experiences! - Greet all guests promptly with a smile and sincere welcome. Assist with venue directions as needed. Thank guests for their visit and warmly invite them to return. Communicate guest feedback and concerns to management. - Manage incoming guest flow. Estimate and communicate wait times, and escort guests to appropriate areas (e.g., tables, bars, elevators, stairs, waiting zones, or retail sections). - Provide confident and friendly guidance to guests, including details of upcoming events. - Maintain waitlist to maximize service efficiency. Communicate ongoing logistics such as wait time, large parties, special events, etc. to restaurant management. - Walk with guests while escorting them to tables, present menus, and wait for guests to settle before leaving the table...
