BeOne Medicines USA, Inc. seeks Director, R&D Finance in Cambridge, MA: Job Duties: Constantly evaluate finance and/or business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose and execute process improvements. Prepare quarterly forecast to ensure all expenses are properly planned, providing management with forecast insights to drive accurate resource planning and supporting different stakeholders located in different countries and regions with day-to-day operations. Support monthly close process, ensuring that all expenses are adequately recognized and providing management with Budget Variance Analysis reports, program/molecule performance metrics and financial analytics to inform senior management and support improved organizational decision-making.
