Job Family: Program Management Travel Required: None Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: - Provide project management support as a direct report to the PMO Director. - Manage a major program product by reviewing and approving cost estimates and proposals, maintaining end-to-end financial tracking, and ensuring partner services are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to program objectives. - Develop and maintain project documentation (e.g., proposals, cost estimates, funding agreements) and ensure approval workflows are followed. - Partner with internal and external teams (e.g., Federal team, Development, Operations, Partner Services, Strategy, Contracts) to drive execution. - Uphold and continuously improve project management practices, standards, and processes. - Provide clear, timely program status reporting to executive leadership, Federal clients, and stakeholders. - Identify and manage risks and issues, leading proactive mitigation and escalation as needed. - Support revenue tracking, reporting, and forecasting to maximize program performance. - Support other PMO-related activities as assigned by the PMO Director. - Champion...
