SUMMARY: At Magnolia, the Barista is responsible for creating the Magnolia Press experience for our guests by providing prompt service and quality beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and comfortable environment, in line with the Magnolia brand. Baristas may also assist at other Magnolia foods entities as business needs require it. This position works from Magnolia Press in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Store Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities .
